The Method Behind the Madness

I will not claim to be an expert on food, health, or happiness, so this will be as much of a learning experience for me as it is for you. However, I am one who wants to learn about these things as much as you do. I have struggled with healthy eating in the past, and I want to learn more about how I can fix that. My parents brought me up eating healthy and exercising regularly, and made sure that I understood the importance of it and I want to continue this the best I can. I suppose I am not the only one who wants to know more about healthy living, so I decided to make a website so that we can work on this together.

I will try to update as much as I can, but I am a very busy person. The reason I added stress relief as another topic on this site, is because we live in a stressful world today and we need some positivity in our lives.

The point of this site is to share information about healthy eating and living. This includes tips on stress relief and how to keep a positive attitude. It is a beautiful world we live in today, because who doesn’t want to be happy?
